A Twitch is mostly -: A muscle or nerve originated. Its not a heart problem, that you could feel or touch it. So rest assured, its not the heart. It could be you pulled a ms or twisted your chest/trunk in the last 2-7 days or so, and are now having a twitch. It'll subside. A ms relaxer may help if its painful/uncomfortable. Went to ER after an prescription interaction that made.me fear a heart attack, which caused me to have a panic attack. EKGwas normal& Bp went down before i left, but still bulging veins in L arm. Is this bad?

Not bad: It's unfortunate that you had this reaction, but I doubt that anything bad will happen. Don't worry about the bulging veins unless they get much worse or painful. If you are worried about heart attacks please stop smoking. ...Read more

If you have the risk factors (family hx, smoking, diabetes, htn, high cholesterol) you should see your doctor, who can examine you and perform the nessecery tests to determine if you have heart disease. ...Read more

Situs Inversus: If you have situs inversus (your abdominal organs are opposite of "normal" people - so your stomach/spleen are on the right side and your liver/gall bladder on the left ) but you have a totally anatomically normal heart (even if it is in your right chest)-I doubt your hand pain is related to your heart. Just cold...: Hands can just get cold, period. Cold hands from a heart problem would be a very advanced heart problem, and other symptoms would be more prominent.
