Morning sickness: You can always ask your OB for prescription strength anti-nausea medicine. Some women have success with over the counter vitamin b6 at 25-50mg a day. You can also take the b6 with unisom at night (will make you drowsy) and this can help with nausea as well. Somewhat concerning: What's concerning is the dark brown and more so black. If you ate something that may look like that, then it's less concerning - though not too many people eat things that are black!.
