I have been randomly getting blue hands on and off not due to cold. It has now spread to my hands and feet and still random. Also have a tight chest ?

Get checked out: Body makes fever by decreasing blood flow to skin and thus keeps the heat in the body. So the blue hands/feet/nose may jsut be a result of this movement of blood flow away form skin.
