I have what look like small blood blisters on my scrotum. They have been there for years. I am 44. No pain or discomfort. They never grow in size.
Angiokeratomas: Angiokeratomas of fordyce appear as deep blue small bumps on the scrotal skin. They bleed easily as they are dilated blood vessels. They are harmless and usually do not require treatment. They can be frozen, burned or lasered off if need be. BLISTERS ON SCROTUM: Without actually seeing these, they sound like angiokeratomas, harmless lesions that often appear in older men, but can appear at any age. Also known as fordyce's disease, they do not require treatment. They can be removed very easily by a dermatologist. This can be confused with fabry's disease, a somewhat serious disorder.
