Yes: Epistaxis or nose bleeds can arise from a number of anatomical regions in the nose. You may have prominent blood vessels in the front and bottom of the nose. But 10 times in the past month requires at least an ENT exam to locate the source of the bleed. Sometimes people with suddenly elevated blood pressures will have nosebleeds. Admittedly, you are very young but does your family have blood pressure problems in general?
