Hi i have not been diagnosed with or tested for diabetes but I have been testing my blood sugar and it can range from 5.5 to 1.6 what does this mean ?

Unreliable : Home glucose monitors in the normal range are famously unreliable. See a rheumatologist for help. ...Read more

I've been diagnosed with fatty liver disease and i was wondering what drinks i can have, i know water is the best but what else can I have?

Non-alcoholic: It's your choice. I'm going to assume this is common non-alcoholic fatty liver and not a mimic such as hepatitis c or a medication allergy. Fruit juices aren't always as wholesome as one would think, especially the sugared ones. Your physician would probably like to see you stay physically fit and trim -- this is the key to management -- so grab your water bottle and hit the track. Save your life. ...Read more
