For the past 24 hours I've had a bad headache but ONLY when I lay down, and it's worse when I lay on my right side. Right side of the head is worse.

You need to go ...: ...to ER or your doctor's. Any headache that is "bad" and quite localized (to the back right side of your head) and persists needs evaluation. I presume you do not regularly get headaches. If this is the case, it is even more important that you have urgent evaluation.
