i have aching pain in my hips and back of my thighs what does this mean?

Hip/back/bursa

Arthritis
Hip pain generally causes pain in the groin, Your pain could be coming from your hips (arthritis, tendonitis). Pain on the outer upper thighs could be pain from bursitis or referred pain from your lumbar spine. See your doctor for a thorough exam and evaluation.

Hip pain with front thigh ache?

Many possibilities

Hips
This could be intrinsic hip pathology such as osteoarthritis or it could be referred pain from something like lumbar facet joint arthritis. Best to start with your primary care doctor and if he or she can't figure it out ask them top refer you to an interventional pain management doctor.

Causes of some minor pain and aching in hip joint and upper thigh discomfort after total hip joint replacement?

Depends

Hip_replacement
Thigh pain in the front is usually from scar tissue from the hip joint tightening up from sitting too much. Stretching the hip and quad can help. Pain in the upper thigh behind the hip is usually from sciatic nerve irritation in the lumbar spine, or infrequently from scarring at the surgery site. I would ask your Orthopaedic surgeon.

I am a Professional Golfer had a Total Hip Replacement left side 8 weeks ago. Last 2 weeks pain has returned in Thigh and butt. Why and What to do?

Post op pain/neuralg

Pain
Consult your orthopedic surgeon for additional evaluation of the operative site, I would recommend the use of over the counter NSAIDS ( Advil or Aleve ) as needed until further evaluation. Must rule out infection, neuritis, neuralgia or post operative issues.

If you are getting this on and off, have your doctor check for arthritis markers and perhaps see a rheumatologist.

hip labral debridement 2 wks ago - still have groin pain, but now a bad ache, thigh pain and low back pain also - is this normal? Not on crutches

Possible

I would not be surprised if you continued to have these symptoms just 2 weeks after this procedure. However, you really should check with the orthopedist who did the procedure to determine what the typical recovery period should be and what you should expect.

I have right hip and lower back pain. With sparatic sharp pain in my left thigh. What could it be? What type of doctor should I see?

Primary Care Doctor

Back_pain
Your PMD would be the best person to guide you. This would depend on your symptoms and examination of your spine, hip, knee and SI joint. Any one of these could cause the symptoms and your PMD would be a great place to start. your PMD can recommend the appropriate studies for evaluation.
