I get these little clear blisters/bubbles under my tongue all the time and they hurt... I'm kind of scared for what they could be...
Clear/whiteish bubble under my tongue, recurs in the same spot and has been for years? Hurts until it pops and clear liquid comes out.

Sounds like a benign salivary gland cyst caused by blockage of minor salivary glands in the mouth floor. Simple drainage usually sufficient, but formal removal of the offending gland may be required if recurrent or large or infected
