Hard to say!: It's difficult to say without seeing this. Your description does not give enough information to give you a decent answer. Sometimes a white or yellow bump can appear and sometimes seems to spread over the colored part of your eye, and this is called pinquecula. It is probably a pingeucula or cyst, but could be a beginning squamous carcinoma in situ. Please see an ophthalmologist for a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. You might use a cold washcloth to get some temporary relief in the meantime.
