Breast pain can be O: In general you need to monitor the symptoms and make sure no one feels any lump. This can be a normal finding. I would suggest avoiding caffeinated products. Breast discharge when you're not recently or currently pregnant (later in pregnancy) or breast-feeding is abnormal especially with pain. Cross-country runners can be an exception to this.
