I have a tickling feeling in my ear. Should I get it checked out by my physician?

Definitely have your physician examine your ears. Resist the urge to try to alleviate the tickle sensation by using a q-tip or other device to "clean" your ear. ...Read more

Ear piercing: Wow, that sounds painfully. First off I hope you used something sterile or close to sterile to make the hole. Alcohol is a disinfectant and unfortunately does not kill 100% of all bacteria when topically applied. If I were you at this point I would seek advice from a liscensed piercing expert at minimum. You have already put yourself at risk of a bad infection that may need antibiotics ...Read more

Meanwhile, a salivary stone might get pushed out of the duct by increasing the flow of saliva, such as by sucking on hard candies. ...Read more

This inflammation usually causes damage to the outer, insulating part of nerve fibers called myelin, and can sometimes damage the fiber (or "axon") too. The symptoms of multiple sclerosis overlap with a number of other neurological, medical and psychiatric conditions. Multiple sclerosis can cause a number of symptoms, including vision loss, incoordination, weakness, and numbness, just to name a few. Usually these symptoms do not occur all at once, but affect different functions of different parts of the body at different times. ...Read more
