Monitor: You can use ice , rest, and OTC motrin if you have no allergies or contraindications to it ( like ulcer/gastritis or chronic renal problems), or if you take blood thinning medications. If you have other medical problems or you take other medications , double check with the pharmacist for interactions. If is not getting better in a couple of days, see your PCP. ...Read more

I would be concerned: For a clot in the leg and I don't think your symptom is consistent with your injury and advise you to have it checked out ASAP, always better safe then sorry. ...Read more
