Pain at the elbow with a clicking or crunching feeling and pain with rotation of the forearm, (pronation and supination) are common after radial head fractures. Yikes sounds painful: Besides general over the counter pain remedies..topicals that can be tried includin aloe vera, and you might even try some Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) or zinc oxide..if those or around...obviously lots of options at the pharmacy/store.
