It can come from an infected hair follicle (particularly after shaving), a break in the skin, or an infected bug bite On some occasions it can come from an infected lymph node. Warm compresses to the area will help to draw pus out. You will need antibiotics and probably a MD to open the area for better drainage. See an MD ASAP. ...Read more
