Arm pit lump: Most likely would be an inflammed sweat gland. Probably its infected. For treatment: use a topical antibiotic and do not use anti-perspirant type deoderants. This is probably...: Probably an enlarged lymph node (which would be present if there was a local infection such as an ingrown hair). Could also be a boil (which is collection of pus under the skin). In any case, you can apply a warm compress to it 3x daily and simply watch it. It should shrink and become nontender.
