Tough to say: without being able to talk to you in real time :) Pain with deep breathing can be indicative of inflammation of the lining of your lungs or a musculoskeletal etiology. The fact that your pain is worsened when you slump over points to the latter. It is possible you strained some of the musculature surrounding your ribs. ...Read more

Lots of possibilities: could be anything from a muscle strain to gallstones. If it tends to occur after eating, gallstones are a good possibility. An ultrasound might help find gallstones. ...Read more
