This morning I began with upper back pain when I swallow food. As soon as the food passes through my esophagus the back pain stops. Do you have any id?

Invasive procedures,: such as EGD and colonoscopy, often cause discomfort afterwards, especially if biopsies are taken. Taking biopsies requires cutting out a tiny piece of the lining of your stomach and/or colon, it is normal for this to be painful. More details but suffices to say you need to have these symptoms evaluated by a Gastroenterologist. Gallstone/pancreas: The most likely explanation is pancreatic problems or gallstones, but there are other possibilities like gastritis, duodenal ulcer, GERD or even esophagitis. If pt takes a lot of ibuprofen it could be NSAID gastritis. If fever or vomiting go to ER otherwise call your doctor to be seen as soon as possible, e.g tomorrow AM. The effects of emergency contraception pills are not related to the foods eaten. Side effects ECP: I'm not sure if ECP means emergency contractive pill or another acronym. Probably best to rest, drink sufficient water or herbal tea without caffeine, and eat bland food you can tolerate. Hopefully, you will feel much better tomorrow. Esophagus : what you're describing sounds like a problem in your esophagus. Best to see your health provider for evaluation and possible imaging.
