Just cold...: Hands can just get cold, period. Cold hands from a heart problem would be a very advanced heart problem, and other symptoms would be more prominent. A Twitch is mostly -: A muscle or nerve originated. Its not a heart problem, that you could feel or touch it. So rest assured, its not the heart. It could be you pulled a ms or twisted your chest/trunk in the last 2-7 days or so, and are now having a twitch. It'll subside. A ms relaxer may help if its painful/uncomfortable.
