S/p URI eye pain: When you cough bend over yell you are increasing pressure in your head. It could be that the increased pressure is putting pressure on a nerve compressed by enlarged lymph node. Or thyroid as when ill at times it is painful and may be causing increased pressure. Rarely could be vascular as you are young. F/u with doc/ urgent care
