Cancer unlikely: From what you described varicocele is a likely explanation of the symptoms. Cancer is unlikely. It would be prudent to see a doctor to have a proper evaluation. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

My 2nd? My left knee hurts while having sex especially when I lay down on my back. I have a lump on my right testicle n trying to conceive for 3 mont

See professionals...: From what you described, the pain you have is not related with nerve irritation from muscle / bone structure /activities. Such pain during sex may affect erection to last, in turn, impair the chance to impregnate partner. As to a lump of right testis, it probably has nothing to do with pregnancy, but it's a good idea to see an expert to check if the lump is indeed inside or outside testis. Best.

I have a lump above my right testicle I don't know what it is and also did an ultrasound they said its nothing, what is this? Do I have to worry?

I have a lump above my right testicle I don't know what it is and also did an ultrasound they said its nothing, what is this? Do I have to worry?

Don't worry...: Unfortunately, they should have told you what it is, rather than say "nothing." however, if the ultrasound was reported as negative, you shouldn't worry. It could be what is known as a hydrocele (a benign collection of fluid), but without the report I can't suppose. I would call and ask your referring physician what they reported that it was. I hope this helps.

I have had a lump on my right testicle for around 4 years. The vein which comes off of the testicle is also very swollen! ?

Varicocele: Appears to match your description. Make sure you discuss it with your physician at your regular visit. Usually a physical exam and ultrasound are needed in order to secure the diagnosis. Please note that other diagnoses are possible, including tumors. If significant local pain and noticeable growth over short period of time seeing a provider timely becomes critical.

Yes: Most likely you have discovered the coil of your spermatic cord on your testicle, the epididymus. It is the most common tiny lump on the testicle. Yes, you should have it looked at. If there is doubt by the doctor you may need a testicular sonogram.

I have a tiny lump in underneath my right testicle ie at the lowermost position, no pain or discomfort. Since 1 month. Do I need to visit a doctor.?

Yes.: What you may be feeling is a small appendage to the testicle called the appendix testis, but any suspicious mass or lump in the testicle should have a professional evaluation to rule out a testicular tumor. Tumors are painless, but can grow quickly. A detailed history and physical exam by a physician can assess whether a scrotal ultrasound should be performed.

I have a lump under neath my testicle my right nut I don't no if I hurt it win I was a sleep or win I was playing with my self it dose not hurt?

I have a lump under neath my testicle my right nut I don't no if I hurt it win I was a sleep or win I was playing with my self it dose not hurt?

See answer: If the lump is separate from the testicle, it most likely is a swollen epididymis, epididymal cyst or other benign lesion. If this is the case, then a period of observation with regular self-exam is reasonable. If the lump is coming from the testicle, then testicular tumor needs to be ruled out. If this is the case or unsure, see md or urologist.

I have a lump on the top of my right testicle. It's been there for ~13 years with no pain or discomfort. Could this be cancer? What should I do?

I have a lump on the top of my right testicle. It's been there for ~13 years with no pain or discomfort. Could this be cancer? What should I do?

Probably not BUT!: Why wait so long? Get it examined by your urologist.! by description, it is most likely not a cancerous process. This will depend on your age, and other factors. You may be describing a cyst on the cord, or in the epididymus or a benign structure. It can be simply anatomic confusion. My best advice is to get it checked. Why take the chance. You may need an ultrasound test to help confirm.

There is a lump on my right testicle which only hurts if isqueeze it. What should I do?

There is a lump on my right testicle which only hurts if isqueeze it. What should I do?

Many Possibilities: This could be a tumor, spermatocele, lipoma, granuloma, infection, or other process. Typically, processes associated directly with the testicle are concerning for cancer and growths or findings associated with the other elements in the scrotum (epididymis) are almost always benign. An examination by your md and an ultrasound will help determine what this might be.

A couple days ago I found a small lump on my right testicle, it does not hurt, I tried pulling it away and it did and there was like a vain under it.?

See your doctor: Any testicular lump is cancer until proven otherwise. You need a scrotal ultrasound and a visit to local friendly urologist. If solid, you will need a blood test for tumor markers (alaphafetoprotein and hcg) testis tumors, if found early are all=most 100% curable, example lance armstrong, and his had already spread.

Very good: That you discovered the lump on your testicle and scheduled a doctor appointment. You don't need to do anything else at this time. Your doctor should refer you to a urologist for further care or arrange for some imaging/blood tests.

What could a lump on the right testicle mean?

What could a lump on the right testicle mean?

Lump in the Scrotum: Hi this common finding would be evaluated based upon other symptoms. Given your age, the lump is very unlikely to represent cancer. The most common issue is a scarring of the tubing in the scrotum often called a hydrocele or varicocele. Do you have pain? Swelling? Is the scrotum hot to touch? Do you feel feverish? Do you have any urinary symptoms. If yes to these questions you should be seen.
