I have pain in my left armpit and i feel a tiny lump in my left breast. The lump is painful when i press on it. Could this be breast cancer?
Yesterday, i found a hard lump in my left breast (on top of breast above nipple). I have aching in my armpits but otherwise no pain.

Cyst or infection: Many reasons to develop painful lumps in underarm or axilla. Swollen lymph nodes may or may not be painful. Ingrown hairs can be uncomfortable.
