See a Dr!: One has to differentiate between a possible enlarged lymph node reacting to some inflammation in the hand or upper limb. However, i bet it is what is called hidradenitis, an inflammation of the sweat gland or sabaceous gland. See your dr. To sort things outm why suffer. I suspect anti perspirants may play a role . Several Things: You need to see a dr. It could be an enlarged lymph node. It could be an infected sweat or sebaceous gland.
