Probably not: Sweat is our bodies way of keeping our inner body temperature at optimum levels. Temperature control is regulated by nerves. If the sweat is excessive may be immature nervous system. See color changes?: It can't be completely clear but if they feel cold this suggests a vascular issue. This fits into the category of cold intolerance. With color change this would suggest raynaud's.
