Be careful: You most probably had a reaction to the epinephrine or it was injected into a blood vessel. In any event make sure you tell anyone working on you and they want to give you an anesthetic injection tell them what happened and insist they use a different anesthetic besides lidocaine with epinephrine. A bit too young: 29 is a bit too young for the normal change of life, but early ovarian failure can certainly cause the early-menopause.
