You may need more: You may need more sleep than you are getting. Try and increase your sleep time by half an hour over several days. Try and be more consistent with the amount that you are sleeping. Two hour variation is a lot. It also could mean that you are trying to do too much during the day. Talk to a close friend and share with them your thoughts. Ask them for advise. Use a timer: Perhaps you use the tv to keep you company until you fall asleep? If so, maybe you can put your tv on a timer, so that it will shut the tv off automatically after, say, 10 or 15 minutes. It's obviously better to fall asleep naturally, but using a timer to turn off the tv will at least limit your exposure to the potentially harmful electromagnetic fields emitted by electronic equipment, like tvs. ...Read more

No caffeine for 6 hrs ; no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized ; finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep.
