I have a hard lump on my vagina. Yesterday it was whitish but it's red like the rest of my vagina skin flaps. Can you help me just not going to a doc.

Possible cyst: Could be a cyst which can get inflamed or infected. Warm sits baths (sitting in warm bath water for 10-15 min) and topical antibiotic ointment can help. If it does not go away you will need to see a doctor. They may need to prescribe an oral antibiotic or remove it. This : This is likely a cyst or even an abscess (closed pocket of pus) however you should have an evaluation to make sure. In the meantime, try warm compresses and soak in the tub three times a day for 15 minutes. Do not fill the tub all the way, use only enough water to cover your back side.
