No: Our bodies are quite redundant. In other words, we can get by w/one eye, one ear, one lung, one kidney, one testicle, etc (not that we'd want to do so). No: The main concern regarding an undescended testicle is having an increased chance of testicular cancer during puberty and beyond. It is still extremely rare in itself. There is also the chance for fertility issues but with a normal other testicle this also shouldn't be an issue.
