He/She should be able to either to make the diagnosis or at least get you on the correct path. It could be: hernia, hydrocele, epidydimitis, tumor (less likely), or something else. See your doctor: If you took human growth hormone once, i don't see why it would cause testicular pain. However, you should have the pain checked out regardless.
