See and ENT doctor: Hi, there are 2 separate issues here,
the feeling in throat could be 2/2 untreated Acid Reflux or Allergy but other serious causes need to be ruled out by an ENT doctor.
The crack in your foot could be simply due to dry skin, walking bear foot and lack of care for the skin, wear a thick layer of lotion, don't walk with bear foot at anytime, if you have Diabetes please see your PMD.

Dysphagia and globus: Acid reflux can be tricky. You have described two distinct possibly related symptoms that CAN be due to reflux. Some other might be throat clearing, cough, or hoarseness. I recommend you get "scoped" either by ENT or GI, preferably that includes esophagoscopy. An alternative test is "barium swallow" series of video x-rays to rule out other possible causes. Salivary gland/diver: The sensation of something "stuck" in the throat could be secondary to an enlarged salivary gland (associated with dry mouth) secondary to a little stone in the salivary gland duct. Other possibility could be a small diverticulum (a little sac or pouch) on the side of esophagus (the food pipe that goes from the mouth to the stomach).
