Should be fine.: Trauma around the eye will often times cause a "black eye" which is a result of a vein in the area rupturing and bleeding into the surrounding tissue. Over a week or so this will resolve. Bleeding into the white part of the eye can also occur with trauma and many other factors. This too should resolve over one to two weeks. 11/24 I woke up and m eye looked like I had broken a blood vessel. A small corner had an red blood portion. 3 days later more of the eye is bloody.
Conj hemorrhage: Sounds like a conjunctival hemorrhage. Normal vision, no pain in eye and blood in white part of eye. Typically happens as a result of increased pressure in the eye like with couching or sneezing or throwing up.
