I have a bump/cyst on the side of my head. Now, I lost a patch of hair in that area. What could it be? The bump does not hurt. It has dropped in size.

Sebaceous Cyst

Head
Bump just under the skin may be sebacious cyst and can sometimes be associated with hair loss. Sebaceous cyst is typically firm, round and not painful. Definitive treatment of cyst is surgical removal. If related only to the cyst, hair should regrow after cyst is removed.

I have a bump on the back right side of my head with slight pain down my neck. It feels sore to the touch. Any suggestions?

First thing that...

Neck
...comes to mind is an infected sebaceous cyst. These often need to be drained in order to clear. For now, try treating with heat or a warm compress, and see your doctor soon.

I have a small, hard bump on the left side of my head that hurts when touched. What could it be?

See PCP.

Head
It could be an infected sebaceous gland. Have your PCP take a look and if needed get a biopsy. It doesn't sound like anything serious, but it would make you feel better to have it checked.

The lymph node on the left side of my neck is swollen and sore and I have red painful bumps in patches on my scalp on the left side of my head help me?

Likely not related

Scalp_hair
scalp patches likely not related. After sinus infection ex. or sore throat (viral, bacterial) lymph nodes may grow. If they persist after a few weeks consider evaluation for ex. lymphoma.

Dr. David Hardin answered:

Could a head injury cause chill bumps on one side of the body?

See a neurologist

Concussion
unilateral "Chill" (goose) bumps in the context of a TBI may mean nothing at all but could be a sign of autonomic nervous system dysfunction, including Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (CRPS) rarely even an autonomic seizure. Other associations can be related to spinal cord injury (cervical injury is common with head trauma) a neurologist should be able to sort this out.
