I have a bump above my right testicle. Would could that possibly be?

Could be: A normal structure called the epidydimus, if it is larger than a grape, it could be a hydrocele, hernia or other internal lump. If it is on the skin, most likely a skin condition. If it bothers you, see a doctor. ...Read more

What do you recommend if I have 3 small red rash bumps on my right testicle. I'm afraid it's an std.?

What do you recommend if I have 3 small red rash bumps on my right testicle. I'm afraid it's an std.?

See a urologist: 3 bumps on the scrotum is likely not an std. But to be sure, you would need to see a primary doctor or a urologist for an exam. ...Read more

I found a 2 milimeter sized bump on my right testicle and don't know what it is, help?

I found a 2 milimeter sized bump on my right testicle and don't know what it is, help?

Likely benign: Could be a scrotal "pearl" from a calcified appendix testis, or a tiny cyst. Probably best to see urologist for reassurance & certainly if it gets any larger & there is any question of a testis tumor. All testis tumors have to start out being very small. Diagnosis easy to confirm by ultrasound. Good luck. ...Read more

I have a "bump" or "mass" on my left testicle does not exist on right testicle is this normal? No pain, but i feel it has grown over the past year

See your doc: A mass on a testicle is not "normal" to use your wording. Please have a doc do an exam. It's quick and easy and you will find out what is going on and what to do if necessary. Good for you to do testicular exams but the second step is a follow through with the doc. ...Read more

I have very mild, short lasting ache in right testicle that occurs sometimes. Is this serious? I don't feel any bumps and don't have other symptoms.

Testicular pain: with the mildness of the pain--i suspect that this could be a mild inflammation --ie epidydymitis--try some scrotal support with jockey shorts and aleve or advil--visit your PCP if persists ...Read more

Small bump on the left testicle (inside the scrotum) near right back that moves around. If i would guess size, i'd say 1/3 a pea or less. Dangerous?

Testicular Exam: You need to have a physician examine your testes. Young men aged 15-35 are at highest risk for testicular cancer. That said it is still rare. It is likely a one of a few lesions: epididymal cyst/spermatocele, appendix testis, or some scrotal cutaneous lesion (like an epidermal inclusion cyst among others). It is likely benign, but the slight risk of malignancy behooves you to have it checked. ...Read more

Dull pain in right testicle no bump or Lump , can feel tube like thing on it? Very sensitive also , lifted things past few days? Help!!!

Best to get exam: What you are describing could be just a transient thing, but could also be something called epididymitis. this is an inflammation of the epididymis and if this is what is causing the pain, you will need to be seen and take antibiotics. Really the only way to make an accurate Dx is to be seen and have exam done. ...Read more
