Abdominal pain: There are various possibilities causing abdominal pain in that area.The most common:acid reflux, gastritis, indigestion.There are other not so common causes, but to beat the most common usually a low fat, irritant free diet( caffeine, sauces, tomato, mint, spicy food) helps with symptoms. Among otc drugs tums, zantac (ranitidine) for example can help if not allergic to those. See pcp if not better. ...Read more
