Tubes can be untied but may not work as well as they did. the ablations also make it unlikely you can carry a pregnancy.A simpler method is to have a fertility center harvest your eggs & fertilize them with dad's sperm & insert the new embryo into a surrogate you hire to carry the baby. ...Read more
