May be: It's not unusual to have swelling for 3-5 days, but if the swelling is not getting better and you have pain, tenderness fever, you better have a follow up with the surgeon tomorrow. ...Read more

Just leave it...: Since bleeding stopped and incision sealed, it's good idea to leave it alone but keep it dry by opening it to air off and on, and cover it with thin protective gauze. It would most likely be okay to wait until tuesday. Of course, if anything unexpected occurs, seek urgent attention; but from what you described, you would be fine as long as being comfortable and getting better slowly day by day. ...Read more

Wait...: What happened to your post-hydrocelectomy incision is nothing unusual, though not desirable. The most reasonable course for you to take is: continue to keep the incision clean and dry, avoid picking or separating for a look, and take no bath or shower for additional 3-4 days, but even then, still take a protective measures until postop swelling and pain go down. If in doubt, ask surgeon timely. ...Read more
