No, not at all: No that does not sound like insomnia. Perhaps it would help to have less fluids before bed time, that may decrease your need to wake up and use the bathroom.

Nocturnal could be a result of swelling during the day which could be related to your diet (high salt) and possibly high blood pressure. There is also a worry about diabetes presenting at this age. Urethral syndrome?: Some urinary tract infections in women are limited to the urethra (urine passage). Often there are few white blood cells and tests for WBC may be negative; and if a culture is done, only a small number of bacteria are found, less than with most UTIs. This is worrisome: The formation of a very small amount of urine over 24 hours in the setting of increased drinking of water is concerning.

Typical normal urine output is ~700ml at least.
Anuria is defined as less than 50ml urine output per day
