Possible sinusitis: Try short term (no more than 2 days in a row) use of afrin nasal spray to see if you get immediate relief of sinus pain (assuming sinus pain). May add a decongestant like Mucinex (guaifenesin) d. Don't use either if you have hypertension. Continue use of Ibuprofen as well as needed for pain. Use nasal saline to help wash nasal passages out as well. If no better in a few days, see your doctor. ...Read more

Needs exam: How is your vision? if its blurry and your pupil is larger on the right side then you need to see an eye doc ASAP. Please feel you eye ball if it feels hard like a golf ball compare to your other eye then it means high eye pressure. You need immediate help to lower eye pressure. Meningitis: This is conceivable, but if you had bacterial meningitis with such skin lesions it is hard to believe that you would be asking this question. Do you have nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound, fever, chills, joint pain, sleepiness, alterations in level of consciousness?
