Yes: If the fatigue come from constant near focusing, try the 20/20 rule: look up at something at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. This allows the focusing mechanism to relax and distribute tears - relieving stress. Also, artificial tears can help a lot. Plus, make sure your glasses are the clearest they can be. ...Read more
