I am tired shortly after getting up and struggle with losing weight.  My recent thyroid test(tsh)was 1.52.  What else could it be?

Tired and overweight: No doubt that a complete endocrine evaluation is merited. To start the pituitary needs to be analyzed such as prolactin levels. Metabolic syndrome second to medications need to be ruled out. Atypical antipsychotics are commom culprits. Thyroid disease is always diificult but not impossible to diagnose. Insulin malfunction or pre diabetes needs a close look. Chronic fatigue syndrome is likely. ...Read more
