Unclear, but: If all bladder eval is normal, i would think of unusual things like endometriosis if you are a female or uterine fibroid. Also, an empiric trial of Azithromycin is worth doing due to poss atypical infection like chlamydia and ureaplasma whether a man or woman especially if sexually active.
