I feel too much fatigue in morning also having nausea but after eating it get relieved for some time then I also feel too much fatigue?

You need a: Complete CHECK-UP by your PCP Primary Care Provider since in a male these symptoms are generally due to stomach disorders (ulcer, gastritis with subsequent blood loss, anemia fatigue) (If you are asking this for a female friend a PREGNANCY test is indicated) before the GI testing! Hope this helps! Dr Z

Related or not?: Lots of possibilities here, which can be addressed by a physical exam ; appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head ; gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating distress. Get checked to rule out more esoteric pathology. You haven't provided enough specifics for a better targeted answer.

Appendicitis?: Be on the look-out for worsening symptoms. If you have increasing pain and any vomiting seek care urgently. Appedicitis is a surgical emergency.

You need evaluation: There are a lot of things going on and you'll need a full evaluation to help clarify what the problem is and what your diagnosis is. You need to see your physician

Possibly: The symptoms you describe (nausea, fatigue, minor cramps, spotting) could certainly be consistent with pregnancy. I suggest seeing an ob/gyn for a blood pregnancy test which is more sensitive.

Bowel: You may have irritable bowel syndrome but the fatigue following a BM makes me wonder if you also have low blood pressure. I suggest you see your internist or GYN to evaluate

Menstral Problems: It sounds like you have a hormone problem. See a gynecologist to have your periods evaluated. You may need to be on birth control pills to regulate your periods.

There are many: Possibilities for the symptoms you describe. This cannot be narrowed down over the internet. You need to see a health care provider for a thorough history, physical examination, blood work and probably some testing. Diabetes is at the top of the list and you don't want to leave that untreated if you have it.

Tough to know: Could be as straight forward as vitamin deficiency or as complicated as mast cell activation disorder. Consider a virtual consult to discuss more about the nature and timing of symptoms and context of your medical history. I hope you find relief soon!

Painless swollen submandibular glands times 6 months, fatigue, nausea, night sweats, loss of appetite, headaches. What could this mean?

Painless swollen submandibular glands times 6 months, fatigue, nausea, night sweats, loss of appetite, headaches. What could this mean?

See MD: Painless salivary gland enlargement is seen in diabetes, bulimia/anorexia, liver disease, autoimmune conditions, and hiv. The other symptoms suggest a systemic disorder so would test for these. Recommend a good exam and appropriate blood evaluation. Hope you find the cause.

Maybe (not). . .: For birth control pills to work, it's important to take them regularly within a few hrs of same time daily. If you can't take pills regularly, ask about a shot every 3 months or a hormonal ring placed in vagina once a month. I can't tell you what's available in australia but here in the states, home pregnancy tests are inexpensive & available w/o prescription at grocery store & pharmacies.
