I have pain in my upper back on the right side. Could there be something seriously wrong? What serious conditions?
I did 30 minutes of cardio and now have pain radiating in my upper back on the right side. I don't regularly exercise. Is this normal? I'm 30.
No, not normal: "cardio" is a very non-specific term for exercise that gets your heart rate elevated for therapeutic benefit. Not knowing what specific exercise you were doing is somewhat limiting. I have a cracking in my upper back.I stretch alot(backbends, ect.)i have stopped doing so due to this.I have no pain.Could there be permanent damage?

Occasionally, I get shocking sharp pains in my upper back. It feel like a needle is stabbing me. Comes on quickly goes away with about 5 minutes. ?

Doesn't sound normal: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see why such symptoms are occuring, and my refer to a G.I. Specialist to further check the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, etc...
