I feel as though something is crawling on my scalp but I don't see anything. The dermatologist said it was an internal issue but now my 4 year old is?

See the derm again: Feeling of something crawling on your scalp, and your 4 yr old started to have the same feeling, might be something contagious, but don't worry, shouldn't be a major issue, your Family doctor/Dermatoligist would help, but you would need a precription medicine though ...Read more

Sensation: That sensation you are having sounds like neuropathy. A nerve is irritated in your scalp. Look for a rash in the area, it may be shingles. Many neuropathies resolve (like when you hit your "funny bone"), if it persists for over a day, see your doctor. If you are having any weakness in your arm or face or slurring words or balance issues, see a doctor now. ...Read more

Can crawling, tingling and vibration sensation over scalp and general body be related to cancer? What type?

Can crawling, tingling and vibration sensation over scalp and general body be related to cancer? What type?

By coincidence-maybe: There is nothing specific the symptoms of crawling, tingling, or vibration over the scalp related to any type of cancer that I'm aware. There are numerous other things that share these symptoms and so any finding of cancer in a person complaining of these symptoms would be purely coincidental.
