I Feel Full And Bloated Even If I Only Eat One Meal A Day
Is it healthy to only eat once a day? For as long as I can remember I've only eaten once a day. It's not that I don't want to eat, it's just that if I eat three meals, or even two, I feel extremely bloated and full, even if the meals weren't anything big.
As: As a board certified physician nutrition specialist, I can state that there is no good evidence that your eating pattern is bad for you. You may be interested in my blog post below on eating multiple times a day. If you feel well and are at healthy weight no problem. I am a bit concerned about your abdominal symptoms though. You should get checked for celiac disease which can cause bloating as the only symptom. Only a blood test is needed.See 1 more doctor answer
I feel super bloated 24/7. I drink a lot of water and eat decent. Doesn't matter if I have a small snack or a full meal I will feel bloated. This can go on for hours after hours. Going to the bathroom sometimes helps for like 10-15 mins. I've taken out m
R/O IBS: IBS = irritable bowel syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion. You need a full exam and blood work. Especial screen for H pylori. Also stool screen x 3 for occult blood /parasite/hpylori. Given age over 50 you also need a baseline colonoscopy. While you are getting these items checked out you should stick to a gluten free high fiber diet. Ie gutbliss. Com and Wholeapproach. Com. Also 64-80oz water

See GI: Sounds like you may have some form of GERD possibly. See the GI doctor as they will be able to help diagnose and treat you. Good luck.
No short answer: You don't mention pain, nausea, vomiting or constipation. There all a lot of different "small meals". If it contains several rolls, or dips of ice cream you may be getting too many calories, or not exercising. I trust you have done a pregnancy test. I have noticed that 45-50 yrs old is a time that women have more trouble with weight. You should see a physician as there are other possibilities.
Why do I always feel full? My stomach allways feels like I've just eaten a thanksgiving meal even if I just have a cup of milk. My digestion appears to be fine (to me anyway), I have regular bm, but I always feel full and bloated. I've been this way for 6
The: The most important thing you left out in your post is if you have seen a medical professional for this problem. If not that needs to be done asap. The easy simple answer here would be gas. Try over the counter beabo or gas-x. Also, you could be dealing with lactose intolerance, try a week with no dairy products and monitor for improvement. To answer your question, "is it anything serious" is very difficult. The most worrisome thing would be a tumor (benign or cancerous) but that is not very likely. However, in order to get to the bottom of this you need a medical work up. Best of luck.
Can you help me? I feel full when I'm hungry and can only finish eating a 1/4 of a meal. I constantly feel bloated.
On period. Feel so bloated, I have gone 3 days without eating a full meal - only lightly snacking. Feel sick. Why is that? Is there any way to fix it?
Periods: You're just having the common reactions a woman goes through during her period. I would suggest taking an anti-inflammatory like Pamperin. This can be purchased over-the-counter.
After every meal I feel bloated, as if my tummy was pushing from the inside or its full of air what can this be?
Probiotic: If you took antibiotics to deal w/flu it is good that you are now taking probiotics to replace the good bacteria that was killed off. If the probiotics you are taking are not the kind you need to keep in the fridg I suggest you use that kind because they are more alive than the ones on the shelf. Alternatively, l-glutamine powder is a pre-biotic which prompts the body to create probiotics.

I have very inconsistent bowel habits. Feel very bloated sometimea even after a bowel movement. Also feeling off fullness even after a light meal.?
Maybe not just gas!: Bloating, irregular stools, and fullness may reflect diet (check your fiber intake), alterations in the population of healthy gut flora we each carry, food intolerances, maldigestion due to problems of the small intestine, pancreas, or biliary tree, changes in GI motility (how well your GI tract mixes and moves food along), various infections, and even irritable bowel syndrome. Testing is easy.

? other way around...: There's no standard symptoms, but SIBO may result from altered gut motility. Breath testing is usually diagnostic in identifying SIBO. For others, symptom response to empiric antibiotics aimed at treating suspected SIBO may be helpful. Assessing & treating why your gut may be sluggish should reduce your risk of post-treatment SIBO recurrence however.See 1 more doctor answer
Hi :) the last few weeks I have been feeling horrible all bloted no appapite and full after small meals also really weak and iam also 5 days late for my period but have done a test and has come up negative and iam also on the pill. Have any ideas?
Bloating: Bloating and no appetite sounds like a gastrointestinal problem. It is not rare to miss a period when taking birth control. You did the right thing and checked a pregnancy test. Since it is negative we know you are not pregnant. I would see a primary care doctor to evaluate your digestive system
