I Feel Full And Bloated Even If I Only Eat One Meal A Day
Is it healthy to only eat once a day? For as long as i can remember i've only eaten once a day. It's not that i don't want to eat, it's just that if i eat three meals, or even two, i feel extremely bloated and full, even if the meals weren't anything big.

No short answer: You don't mention pain, nausea, vomiting or constipation. There all a lot of different "small meals". If it contains several rolls, or dips of ice cream you may be getting too many calories, or not exercising. I trust you have done a pregnancy test. The : The most important thing you left out in your post is if you have seen a medical professional for this problem. If not that needs to be done asap. The easy simple answer here would be gas. Try over the counter beabo or gas-x. Also, you could be dealing with lactose intolerance, try a week with no dairy products and monitor for improvement. To answer your question, "is it anything serious" is very difficult. The most worrisome thing would be a tumor (benign or cancerous) but that is not very likely.
