Could cervical issues cause extreme hand pain without arm pain. Only slight numbness, pain in palm, index finger knuckle, starting in other hand too?

Possibly: Yes, the nerves that supply your hand run through the neck and compression in the neck can therefore cause hand pain and/or numbness. The other main cause is a problem in the hand itself. Don't hesitate to be seen. A nerve conduction test can be helpful as well. ...Read more

Marfan's: Was a complete dilated eye exam done looking for lens dislocation? Do you have aortic root dilatation by echocardiogram if you do not have aortic root dilatation and do not have dislocated lens the probablity is almost nil. You can check for the marker Fibrillin -1 mutation but without aortic and eye findings very unlikely.

Left shoulder and arm pain with numbness in hand and fingers and can't raise arm above shoulder?
