Energy drinks are primarily caffeine, which can have effects on children's growth, and unknown effects on the rest of their health. THIS IS DANGEROUS!!!: I specialize in detoxification and consider this hazardous. It might have been ok 50 years ago, but we are all now loaded with toxins. When you do this fast many toxins will be released & without supporting your liver with proper nutrients you may get really sick. You need more nutrients than green tea can provide. They're unrelated: Energy drinks usually have lots of caffeine (which can affect your heart esp if you have an underlying condition, and affects sleep) and sugar (a problem esp if you're diabetic). The stool having blood may just be from a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure if fresh blood but if it continues and esp if you're over 40/ have a family history of cancer/ have anemia should go see your medical provider. ...Read more
