When in doubt: just check pregnancy test. And if you are still not bleeding normally and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week and if negative, check again in 1 week. Breast tenderness and missed period are signs of pregnancy. And negative pregnancy tests early on may not mean you are not pregnant. Just have to check 3 weeks in a row to be sure. Not a bad sign: Pregnancy varies from person to person; pregnancy symptoms vary from one pregnancy to the next in same individual. Lack of symptoms now does not preclude or indicate symptoms in the future weeks. Be grateful for this symptom free time. The hcg levels doubling is a great sign. Symptoms may come as levels rise. It depends but yes: Increases in the sizes of breast does occur during menstruation and is completely normal. Regarding just one breast, this can also be normal to a degree. As long as one breast is getting bigger and then smaller and not just getting bigger and bigger, then you should be fine.
