I Cant Move My Knee
Severe knee pain wakes me up every night. So severe i cant even move my knee. What could it be? Please help.
Chronic knee pain, on lateral side and below kneecap, when bent, run, do steps.I can't move my knees unless I do slowly after. Can't walk right now.

Painful knee such that you cannot flex it at your age needs to be seen by an ER doc or reg doc; the differential here could be strain/sprain/torn ligaments if trauma present a torn meniscus or plain osteo-arthritis. My knees started hurting out of no where. They kinda feel weak in a way i cant squat all the way and they hurt when i move them to the side.
Could be diet relatd: It would be best for you to see your doctor to rule out a dietary deficiency as the is an atypical presentation for someone so young. Your primary care or a Sports medicine specialist can do this for you and send you to Physical therapy for strengthening In the meantime plenty of fruit, vegetables and don't forget some source of protein even if you are vegan.
