Wrong place: Flonase is usually used for the nasal cavity. However I can see how it may be used for the ear canal when it has an inflamed issue. Nonetheless the aqueous nature may induce a fungal infection in the ear canal instead. You need to consult an allergist to find out what may be causing the ear problem. Perhaps the fluid is causing a fungal infection & and the flonase is counter-acting it. ...Read more

What can cause a thick dark brown fluid to come out of my ear , and loss of hearing?

In either condition, sound being transmitted to the eardrum will be blocked and can sometimes sound muffled. Your primary physician should be able to determine the cause. www.mainlineent.com. ...Read more

I am on vacations and when I enter the pool my ear got block. I dont hear anything. What can I do?

That depends..: If you have cerumen build up (Wax), that may cause these issues, and the pressure gradient of the water against the wax causes the issues to accentuate. Inner ear congestion can act the same way. Try a decongestant or ear wax removal drop if that is the issue. See the Dr. if not better, and you would most likely benefit from ear plugs use in the future when swimming. ...Read more
