Wrong place: Flonase is usually used for the nasal cavity. However I can see how it may be used for the ear canal when it has an inflamed issue. Nonetheless the aqueous nature may induce a fungal infection in the ear canal instead. You need to consult an allergist to find out what may be causing the ear problem.
