You can use nasal saline spray every 3-4 hours and over then counter claritn or Allegra to dry the mucous. Advil as need for pain. ...Read more

Nonetheless the aqueous nature may induce a fungal infection in the ear canal instead. You need to consult an allergist to find out what may be causing the ear problem. Perhaps the fluid is causing a fungal infection & and the flonase is counter-acting it. ...Read more

ENT consultation: You cannot expect us to evaluate a hearing loss over the internet. There are many causes of hearing loss involving either the middle ear or inner ear or even wax obstruction the ear canal. Middle ear fluid is only one possible cause and you need to see a specialist for an appropriate diagnosis. The answer to what can be done depends on the diagnosis. ...Read more

Any condition affecting your nose will in turn cause ear symptoms. I would recommend afrin nasal spray as directed for 5 days. An otc decongestant can be used as directed thereafter for 7-10 days. If the symptoms persist, then see your ent. ...Read more
