I was hearing a clicking noise from above / behind my right ear as i was walking home from school. Should i be concerned?

No: WOULDN'T BE CONCERNED UNLESS IT PERSISTED.If it occurs with chewing or opening your mouth it's likely due to TMJ syndrome. If you've had a recent cold it's likely due to Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. If multiple clicks in a row occur intermittently seemingly unrelated to any of the above causes it's likely muscle spasm(myoclonus)of the soft palate or muscles in the middle ear> http://bit.ly/1ZBgPxi ...Read more
