I notice since I have been taking HCG, that I wake up after 4 to 6 hours of sleep with my heart beating faster than a resting state, is this safe?

Useless: Taking HCG is useless. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. What happens to a person when his or her heart rate increases?

Probably nothing: An increase in your heart rate is a normal physiological response to stress or exercise ("fight or flight" reflex), and isn't necessarily indicative of any particular abnormality. An increase in heart rate is one way that your body increases your cardiac output. Fast heart rates associated with abnormal rhythms may produce symptoms and may be a sign of a heart problem. ...Read more

Every time I have an iv bag of whatever my heart rate increases dramaticly. Even during a colenostomy and they had an iv bag my heart rate was 140 +?

Mixed up: I think you may be mixing up the treatments you receive and the conditions you're being treated for. For instance, when you have a colonoscopy, you may well have increased HR due to the procedure. Of course, they put in an IV so that they can give you sedative and pain medicine for your procedure directly into your bloodstream. That doesn't mean the "IV is causing the increased HR". ...Read more

Sometimes during the day i try to sleep or laying still, ill suddenly jerk rather hard. Also my heart rate increases before going to sleep. Causes?

Hypnagogic jerk: You are not a Jerk! But the sudden muscle twitch that you describe is very common, and is called a hypnagogic jerk. There is a theory that this is a leftover reflex; a primate falling asleep whose muscles relax too much might fall out of a tree, and so we wake up to grab a limb.
